CENTER PIECES: North West Art League will be doing the center pieces for the LSAG Convention on March 31 (a Wednesday) at the Norchester Community Center on Jones Road. We will begin work at 10:00am. Paint and sponge brushes will be provided, but please bring your favorite brushes for detail work and, if you use acrylics, bring your favorite colors. We will break for lunch, so bring a sack lunch or plan to go to the near-by Subway. E-mail Claire Payne at cpaynting@comcast.net if you have questions and to let her know you are coming.
REGISTRATION: We need volunteers for registration on Friday and Saturday of the Convention. Please let Nancy Lee, nancydlee@earthlink.net know if you are able to help with that job.
SET UP/TEAR DOWN: Many hands make little work. We will need many hands for setting up and taking down the flats. We will try to get some paid help to unload the flats, but help is always needed from many volunteers to make each task easier for the next person. If you are willing to help, please let Claire Payne at cpaynting@comcast.net, know...the more the merrier!
